Patients in the state with terminal illnesses have options on all islands for help through several different hospice organizations. But what if the illness is serious, maybe debilitating, but the patient isn't quite ready or not eligible for Hospice? On Hawaii Island, there is now a new option. HPR's Sherry Bracken tells us more.
