The State Department of Land and Natural Resources wants to increase the number of moorings in Keauhou Bay on the Kona coast from the existing 9 to 16. Bay users have expressed concerns about overcrowding in the narrow bay and about lack of community input on the project. And now, another organization is weighing in with its concerns.
