Keauhou Bay Moorings Plan Controversy Widens

  The State Department of Land and Natural Resources wants to increase the number of moorings in Keauhou Bay on the Kona coast from the existing 9 to 16.   Bay users have expressed concerns about overcrowding in the narrow bay and about lack of community input on the project.  And now, another organization is weighing in with its concerns.  From the Big Island, Sherry Bracken has the story.
