Kevin Nealon is back. A vet of nine seasons of Saturday Night Live and currently part of Man with a Plan, he was in Showtime's Weeds series and numerous films (Blended, Eight Crazy Nights, The Wedding Singer, Happy Gilmore, You Don't Mess with The Zohan), with stars like Steve Martin, David Spade, Jack Nicholson, Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy and many others. Ahead of shows Friday and Saturday at the Blue Note, he spoke with HPR All Things Considered Host Dave Lawrence about topics like his upbringing in Connecticut, early TV experiences, crafting material on SNL, his Hiking with Kevin Youtube series, and his love of animals, including working with PETA, plus an incredible story about a dog from Maui, and late actor Garry Shandling.
