Join us for a presentation by Helen Nakano, founder of Hanafuda Hawaiʻi and her Sensei’s on Understanding Hawaiian Culture through Hanafuda followed by hands-on small group instruction. Learn about native Hawaiian plants, both endemic and indigenous plants while having fun playing with Nā Pua Cards. Due to the versatility of the playing style, attendees will be able to learn the Hawaiʻi style, while also being able to play the traditional Japanese way.

If you had previously attended the Hanafuda Sharing Treasure Program, we would like to ask if you could please allow others the chance to attend this event.
