CocoNene, the renowned local brand, is set to inaugurate its latest flagship store at the International Marketplace on O’ahu, marking a significant resurgence for the brand after the unfortunate loss of their previous flagship store in the August 2023 Lahaina wildfires. To kick off the grand opening weekend, the public is warmly invited to an exclusive meet-and-greet signing event featuring Carissa Moore, the celebrated 5-time world champion and Olympic gold medalist surfer, who also serves as CocoNene’s brand ambassador, from 5-7pm on Friday, Jan 12, 2024. Attendees may also receive a limited edition surf poster with every CocoNene purchase from the week of January 8-12.

Collaborating previously, Carissa Moore and CocoNene have crafted collections inspired by Hawaii’s surf culture and female empowerment. Proceeds from these collections support the non-profit Moore Aloha Foundation, an organization founded by Moore to empower and inspire young women through surfing and mentorship opportunities. The foundation collaborates with like-minded individuals and organizations to further these efforts.
