"Free Spirit" of Hawai'i -- Celebrating Sen-Yet Young

"Free Spirit" of Hawai'i -- Celebrating Sen-Yet Young

This Saturday at 12 noon, everyone is invited to a special exhibition, shared with Honolulu from China. Held in the historic hall of the Hawai'i State Library.

"Free Spirit" celebrates the life of a son of Honolulu: Sen-Yet Young. He was educated in Hawai'i, and went on to change the world.

It’s a fascinating visit to little-known chapters in both American and Chinese history, extending the frontiers of peace between two great nations.

Dedicated to Sun Yat-Sen, modern China's founding President. Hosted by former Honolulu City Council member, Leigh-Wai Doo.

Meet interesting people, and learn about the hidden history of Hawai'i. More details at http://www.zhouenlaipeaceinstitute.org/building-peace/leigh-wai/sen-yet-young/

With Aloha and Peace to all.
