Signups for Oahu's 2023 Neighborhood Board Elections begin Friday December 16, 2022 and end Friday February 17, 2023! These elections will determine who sits on the Neighborhood Boards across Oahu. The Boards provide feedback and advice to their Council members, State officials, and other government departments. Residents can signup to run in the election at https://web1.hnl.info/nbe/starter. Residents who are not registered to vote in other elections can also vote in this election if they meet the right criteria and register with the NCO during this time frame.
