Japan Investigates Bank Loans to Gangsters

One of Japan’s biggest banks has admitted doing business with gangsters. That revelation is putting new attention on the relationships between banks and organized crime in Asia’s second-largest economy. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
