Reports: North Korea Crosses Crucial Threshold On Path To Becoming Nuclear Power

The Washington Post and NBC News are reporting today on a confidential Defense Intelligence Agency assessment that North Korea is making nuclear weapons small enough to fit inside missiles. This, after the government of North Korea warned it will take “physical action” against the newest U.N. sanctions.
