Hawaiʻi National Guard on lessons learned during 2 years of COVID-19 support operations

The declaration of a pandemic triggered a massive shutdown of our economy. Starting next week the National Guard will stand down after stepping up to help the counties and state with the health emergency. We talked to Brigadier General Moses Kaoiwi Jr. about what the pandemic taught us.
