It’s just been a week since Governor David Ige announced a new state program to help renters who can’t pay their landlords because they have lost their jobs. Thousands have applied for help under this new Covid fund. We talked to Denise Iseri-Matsubara from the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation about the role of the CARES money.
