ROTC: UHM Student - Claire Yakabe
Claire Yakabe is an Army ROTC student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She received a national four year scholarship from the Army to pay for her Bachelor’s degree and has been a progression cadet in the program since her freshman year.
