Gene Evans

Gene Evans first became a member of HPR in 1983 and has been on staff for 31 pledge years. His duties at the station include fund drive management, outreach events, volunteer support, station tours, and the care and maintenance of HPR’s most precious asset – its members! He trained for this job by managing hotels in Waikīkī, provisioning fine dining establishments on Oʻahu, and peddling many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore.
