Drug Trade Threatens Afghan Revival

Patrick Fine of the U.S. Agency for International Development says there are real, tangible signs of progress in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. But he warns the rise of the opium trade threatens to derail the country's turnaround. Fine speaks with NPR's Steve Inskeep.
