Should Hawaii Be Able to Send a Missile Alert?

U.S. Pacific Command

The former administrator of what used to be called State Civil Defense agrees the top brass had to step down. He supports closer coordination with the Pacific Command, but doesn’t think the Pentagon should take control of the alerts and bypass the state agency.
