Costco acquires 45-acre business park in West Oʻahu for $130 million

Hoʻopili Business Park in West Oʻahu has been sold to Costco.

The real estate firm Colliers International confirmed Costco bought the entire business park to support its local distribution operations.

It occupies 45 acres in D.R. Horton's master-planned Hoʻopili Community.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser and Pacific Business News report Costco paid $130 million.
