The voyaging canoes H?k?le‘a and Hikianalia have arrived in Auckland, New Zealand. They were joined by a fleet of six traditional Pacific canoes at an opening ceremony, as they entered Auckland’s Okahu Bay. As part of our ongoing series, H?k?le‘a: Voyage of Aloha, HPR’s Molly Solomon checked in with Hikianalia crew member Dennis Chun.
