Today on Helping Hand we wrap up three weeks of covering Hawaii’s homeless crisis, the most severe per capita in the US. You can hear our previous two segments archived online with IHS: the Institute for Human Services and Mental Health Kokua. HPR All Things Considered Host Dave Lawrence concludes the series wtih Alea Bridge, a nonprofit focused on outreach to the homeless and at-risk populations in central Oahu.
