Kailua Dance Academy's annual ballet performance is back at Paliku Theatre for our 2023 production of Paquita, retold like never before! Paquita is an ambitious young woman living in a small village nestled between the great Mountains. Seeking adventure and grandeur, she leaves home in search of what the world beyond has in store for her. But she soon discovers that her destiny lies in her own hands, and that perhaps what she was looking for has been within reach the whole time!
