On Saturday, June 10, 2:00pm, the Kailua-Kona Public Library will host feng shui expert Clear Englebert, lecturing on Feng Shui for Real Estate, the topic of his latest book. An author, teacher and consultant in this time-proven discipline, Englebert offers practical solutions and easy-to-follow advice for both renters and buyers—anyone moving or changing homes—on choosing the right property or fixing a problematic one, as well as invaluable tips for sellers or properties both developed and undeveloped, and guidance for real estate agents on how feng shui techniques build new business. The lecture will take place on the library’s makai lānai, and the author’s books will be for sale, with proceeds going to the Friends of the Library, Kona (FOLK) organization.
