O‘ahu residents and visitors of all ages are invited to join the fun and educational “Explore Our Kaka‘ako Scavenger Hunt,” a free event that runs from Sat., June 26 to Sun., July 4. Download a scavenger hunt map from https://ourkakaako.com/events/explore-our-kakaako-scavenger-hunt/ or pick up a printed map from The Barn at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako, located at 327 Keawe Street. Find nine exterior wall decals hidden throughout the Our Kaka‘ako neighborhood and scan the unique QR code on each decal to learn about the art murals or locations and see inspiring videos of POW! WOW! artists talking about their creations. Participants who find all nine wall decals and spell out the secret passphrase using the words on each decal, can enter a drawing for a chance to win fun Our Kaka‘ako logo merchandise or the grand prize of a dinner for two at Ya-Ya’s Chophouse & Seafood (a $200 dining value). No purchase necessary to enter, and entrants must be age 18 or older and an O‘ahu resident.
