Chozen-ji's annual Zen Art Show & Sale features a variety of art made by the Rinzai Zen temple's priests and students. This year's event marks Chozen-ji's 50th anniversary, and showcases historical photos alongside some of the finest works of Zen art made over the temple's history.

SUNDAY, 11/6: 9AM-2PM

One of the few times a year that the beautiful and rustic Rinzai Zen temple is open to the public, the sale includes calligraphy, ceramics, books, and omamori (charms for luck and protection). Ceramics include wares fired in the only "Anagama" wood-fired kiln on Oahu.

Temple tours and demonstrations of Japanese Tea Ceremony will also be available. Masks are requested while indoors. Self-serve parking.
