Parts of the Hawaiian Islands have had some unseasonable rains this spring. That sort of weather might be welcome in the northeastern part of the Asia Pacific. In recent days, that region has been baking under unusual heat. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
