  Hawai’i’s art community has been closely following Senate Bill 2620, which had proposed to privatize the management of the State Art Museum, allow expanded use of the 1% for the arts law, and suspend art acquisitions under certain circumstances.  HPR’sNoeTanigawa reports a new draft is currently in the works.
