$1 Trillion Agreement Reached At G-20 In London

Following the agreement on financial regulations, President Nicholas Sarkozy of France indicated it represents historic progress. Host Prime Minister Gordon Brown celebrated the commitments to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
