Senegal Holds Sixth-Annual Film Fest

Proud of its reputation and humble beginnings in Dakar's smaller suburbs, Senegal's "Neighborhood Film Festival" has become part of an evolving film industry in Africa. NPR's Ofeibea Quist-Arcton reports.
