Bialy Wars

What's flat, sour and studded with garlic and onions? A real bialy. But Karen Michel reports this cousin to the bagel is nowhere near as famous. She takes us to Coney Island, New York, where bialy baker Steve Ross can trace his roots back to Bialystok, Poland, birthplace of the bialy.
