Fall under the spell of honey and Hawaiʻi honey wine

At Mānoa Honey & Mead, its creator considers the products a work of art. Yuki Uzuhashi is an artist, a sculptor who fell under the spell of honey and created a line of Hawaiʻi honey wine. He says you can find Mānoa Honey & Mead products at Whole Foods, Foodland locations with the R. Field Wine Company, ABC stores, and more. Uzuhashi said he'd pair the wine with light pupus like cheese, crackers and some type of meat.
