Hawaiʻi Public Radio is an independent, locally-operated organization that receives 95% of its funding from individuals, businesses, foundations, and community organizations here in our Islands.
We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
We’re proud to have received our eighth consecutive 4-star rating (the highest possible) from one of the largest national charity evaluators, Charity Navigator.
Below are some of the ways you can support HPR.
Become a Member
Contributions from individual members make up a significant portion of the funding which makes possible the programs and services our listeners have come to rely on.
Join our growing corps of Sustaining Members and your monthly donation is automatically deducted, reduces the station’s administrative costs, and shortens pledge drives. Read more about sustaining membership.
For any questions about your membership, please call our Member Services department at 955-8821, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
