- Una Greenaway an organic farmer from Kona. For more than 4 decades, she has grown coffee, mac nuts, chocolate, fruits and vegetables all raised organically. She is also the president of the Hawaii Organic Farming Association, and has made it her mission to get folks in Hawaii to grow more food.
- Evan Ryan is a Maui Farmer, agricultural landscape designer, consultant, and educator. He is the author of Hawai'i Home Gardens: Growing Vegetables in the Subtropics Using Holistic Methods, works with the Hawaii Seed Growers Network and also founded Pono Grown Farm Center, a non-profit 15 acre farm that hosts internships,and workshops all around vegetables, fruits, chickens and bees.
- and Fran Butera, Gardener-in-Chief of Foodscapes Hawaii, which has been helping Oahu residents grow organic kitchen gardens at home since 2008. Foodscapes has also been an HPR underwriter since 2009.
