It often seems as if Bob Dylan’s songs are an amalgam of every possible American music style. For fifty years now, he has adapted his musical influences to his own vision, creating a body of work that is going to be adapted, in its turn, for generations to come. As guitarist-impresario Sonny Silva is finding out with his upcoming tribute show, Dylanesque, the Master’s songs can be re-imagined any number of ways. Sonny Silva and Duane Padilla are part of the musical lineup for Dylanesque, which will be performed September 29th and 30th at Mano’a Valley Theatre.
