Barb Thacker

Membership Coordinator

Barbara “Barb” Thacker joined the HPR Membership team as Membership Coordinator in 2021. Barb came to Hawaiʻi after attending the University of Oregon and Universitat Tubingen in Germany to marry her kamaʻaina college sweetheart. As a self-described “people person,” Barb has spent over 20 years working in local non-profits benefiting domestic and wild animals. Her program management, customer service, and special event expertise make her a great fit for HPR.
