Feasibility of Open Elections for Iraq in January

NPR's Noah Adams talks with Noah Feldman and Larry Diamond, two former advisors to the now-defunct Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq, about the feasibility of January elections for that nation, and the dangers the country faces if the vote is postponed.
