Geoff Tate has been making music professionally since the early 1980's. For decades the songwriter and multi-instrumentalist was the vocalist for the Seattle progressive metal band Queensryche. A solo artist these days, with his interest in wine-making in the Pacific Northwest also taking up time, his latest musical release is The Key, from his current project Operation Mindcrime. Today he returned to All Things Considered for a conversation with HPR's Dave Lawrence.
