The Parent Line is offering free virtual workshops in October
Hawai`i families are invited to learn about a variety of resources on parenthood
WHAT: The Parent Line, funded by the Department of Health and operated by Child & Family Service, hosts free virtual workshops open to the public throughout the year. This month, topics include stress, sleep, communication, self-care for parents and stranger danger.

Dealing with Stress | Thursday, October 6, 2022 | 4 to 5 p.m.
Communicating with Respect | Tuesday, October 11, 2022 | 11 a.m. to noon
Self-Care for Parents | Thursday, October 20, 2022 | 4 to 5 p.m.
Stranger Danger | Tuesday, October 25, 2022 | 11 a.m. to noon

DETAILS: Join The Parent Line at a free virtual workshop to gain additional knowledge about parenthood and guardianship from family experts. Call 808.526.1222 to RSVP and receive a Zoom link after confirmation of participation. Please register before 7 p.m. the day prior to the workshop.
