Liu is a senior advisor and speech writer for Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, and he is the co-founder and CEO of Citizen University and the founding director of the Aspen Institute’s Citizenship & American Identity Program. He is the author of You’re More Powerful Than You Think: A Citizen’s Guide to Making Change Happen.
