Principal Trombone Emeritus of the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, Royd Takamoto is a McKinley High School graduate. Takamoto recently retired from the Osaka Phil after 33+ years. Takamoto talks about his start in elementary school, Beethoven, and raising his own children who are now artists themselves.
