Lower Oil Prices Mostly Positive for Asian Economies

Lower gasoline prices in Hawaii are likely to stick around through the holidays. That’s the word from the AAA which says the average price in the state is now three dollars and 78 cents a gallon. Cheaper prices for gasoline and oil are also having an impact in Asia. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
