Singapore’s Crowded Waters

  It’s been more than five months since last year’s molasses spill in Honolulu Harbor. While investigations continue into that incident, spills of a different kind are a concern elsewhere in the Pacific. The substance there is oil, and the location is Singapore. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
