Study Links Drug Policies to Prison Rape

A new report set for release on Thursday draws a devastating link between current drug policies in the United States and prison rape. The organization Stop Prisoner Rape is responsible for the study.

Katherine Hall-Martinez, the group's co-executive director, and Dr. Terry Kupers, a prison mental health expert social worker in the California prison system, speak with Tony Cox about the problem.
