Robert talks with Lily Galili, a writer of the Israeli daily newspaper Ha'aretz. They discuss the announcement of Israeli President Ezer Weizman that he will meet with PLO leader Yasser Arafat. Weizman, a former general and critic of an accelerated peace process, is now concerned that peace negotiations may completely grind to a halt.
