Indonesia: Higher Gas Prices on Purpose

  Gasoline prices in Hawaii continue to fall, part of a nationwide trend. The website gasbuddy.com says the statewide average this week is just under 4 dollars a gallon.  But in one Southeast Asian nation, gas prices are going the other way. HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.
