This week Helping Hand welcomes back NAMI Hawai‘i, the National Alliance on Mental Illness Hawai‘i. This year’s Walk For Mental Health is coming up October 14th in Honolulu, and there are a lot of ways to support them, from walking with a team, to volunteering to donating supplies and prizes.
