  January has turned out to be a very busy travel month for the prime minister of Japan. Shinzo Abe has already been to several African nations as well as the Davos Economic meetings in Switzerland. But it’s his recently completed trip to India that may turn out to be the most significant. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
