We’ve got several planets to look for over the course of the week, the ISS is on view, and we hear about the search for sources of water in the asteroid belt as HPR All Things Considered Local Host Dave Lawrence speaks with Christopher Phillips from the Mauna Kea Astronomy Outreach Committee for this week’s Stargazer report.

A shot from NASA and the Southwest Research Institute of the largest asteroid we've got in our solar system, aka the dwarf planet Ceres. This was taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, providing an advance glimpse of the small planet due to be more closely explored by NASA's Dawn space probe next year.

Learn more about the Dawn spacecraft and see some images captured so far on the mission.

Dave Lawrence is the local host of All Things Considered, Road Stories (formerly Off the Road) and Stargazer.
