Whether you're planning a romantic evening with your Valentine, a fun outing with your Galentine, or a night to remember, this exclusive experience combines live music, a champagne reception, delectable cuisine from Chart House Waikiki, and a fascinating glimpse into the mysterious mating rituals of the Aquarium’s marine life. Choose from three unforgettable seating options:

● Table for Eight – 1 available (SOLD OUT): located in front of the highly coveted Hunters on the Reef exhibit, this exclusive table includes welcome champagne in a keepsake glass for eight guests, five bottles of wine, and a three-course dinner service within the galleries.

● Table for Two – 34 available: Romantic tables for two will be arranged throughout the Aquarium’s galleries, fronting exhibits such as Barrier Reef, Moon Jellies, Reef Predators, Weedy Sea Dragons and more. Tables for Two include welcome champagne in a special keepsake glass for two guests, one bottle of wine (choice of red or white), and a three-course dinner service within the galleries.

● General Admission: guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset over Waikīkī and an evening under the stars on the Aquarium lawn. General admission seats include a welcome champagne and buffet dinner.

The evening’s menu will feature a culinary experience by Chart House Waikiki including:

Menu - Table for Two, Table for Eight

● Appetizer: Arugula Salad with candied pecans, mango balsamic vinaigrette & shaved parmesan

● Entrée (choice of one) served with asparagus marinated with garlic butter

o Braised Short Ribs served with mashed potatoes

o Mac Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi served with mashed potatoes or rice

o Veggie Curry served with rice

● Dessert: Chocolate Tiramisu

● Appetizer: Tossed Salad with lilikoi dressing

● Entrees: Pulehu Chicken, Mac Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi, Veggie Curry

● Sides: Noodles, stir-fry veggies & white rice

Event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a champagne reception and galleries open, with dinner to follow at 6:15 p.m. Priced at $2,500 for Table for Eight (SOLD), $300 for Table for Two, and $75 per person for General Admission. All proceeds benefit the Waikīkī Aquarium.
