President Obama is wrapping up his four nation tour of Asia today. Starting last week, the president visited Japan, South Korea and Malaysia. Now he’s heading home from the Philippines, a stop that has particular significance for some military forces based here in Hawaii. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
