Millions Embrace Do-Not-Call List

Since its launch last Friday, approximately 10 million people have signed up for a new national registry (www.donotcall.gov) for those who want to block sales calls. Starting Oct. 1, telemarketers who phone people on the do-not-call list could be fined up to $11,000 for each violation. Hear Eileen Harrington of the Federal Trade Commission.
