Today on The Body Show, we chat with Val Chang from the COPD Coalition about how people with lung disease can stay safe during COVID, and ways to keep up their exercise even with the stay at home order.

There's local research underway around COVID-19. We explore issues around diagnostic tests - one uses saliva, another nasal swabs. We also talk about vaccines, antibody tests and treatment. There is a need for plasma from those who have recovered from COVID-19. There are a number of clinical trials underway or about to get underway in the Islands and we talk about why there is a need to get a diverse pool of participants.
