The better outcomes for teens are a bright spot in the 2016 Annie E Casey Foundation’s Kids Count Data Book. It offers some relief to the other economic findings that put Hawaii in the middle of the states based on four rankings for the health and wellbeing of families and children. But Political uncertainty continues on both sides of the Atlantic: both of Britain's major parties are in chaos, the leadership of the EU is trying to come to terms with its greatest challenge to date and the Trump and Clinton campaigns are trying to gouge lessons learned... so this week, it’s one big story with several threads on the mind of News Analyst Neal Conan.

Intro Music: Wolf by First Aid Kit

Outro Music: If I was a Better Man by Joshua Hyslop

Rhythm Workshop: Deborah Masterson

(Deborah Masterson )

Every culture has its own distinctive rhythms -- and they’re inside us, whether we know it or not… yet there are many who say they just don’t have rhythm; somehow, a fundamental connection has been lost.
